Yo ho yo ho
A pirate's life for me!
Good times were had at the NorCal Pirate Festival last weekend in Vallejo. Lots of really cool pirate costumes, a plethora of pirate puns and at least a handful of Jack Sparrows (most of which were pretty good). Survey says I'll be creating a pirate costume for next year. I'm thinking something Asian-inspired, maybe an unholy conglomeration of different Asian/Southeast Asian traditional themes... and a sword. Of course.
