Mesothelioma!
Guess what guys? On the morning of July 4th we found a sizeable leak in the ceiling above our entrance way. Turning off the water meant that my roommate and I trudged on over to the nearest 24 Hour Fitness to take showers only to return to the house to realize that the leak wasn't due to a pipe.
Turns out a previous leak in the ceiling was never really fixed, so water seeped in through the walls, pooled and gave us a soggy ceiling and a soggier carpet above it. The house was built in the late 70's... you know what means? Asbestos! Woooo! We find out tomorrow if we can actually live here while they're repairing it or not. Oh boy.
